Ripening Products

The Fruits keep into the Plastic Crates/Box properly in air tight chamber. And chamber’s temp maintained or controlled as according to fruit. After that release the ETHYLENE gas inside the chamber as required (depends on room size).The room is kept closed for 24 hours. But it depends on fruits & also CO2 vent is depends on fruit.

Ethylene is supplied into the room at a concentration of around 100- 400ppm (0.01 - 0.04%). The ethylene acts as a catalyst initiating the hormonal process of ripening.
